The Virplex® VAGINAL PANEL Real-Time PCR Kit is a multiplex, one-step RT-qPCR assay designed for the simultaneous detection and quantification of key microorganisms involved in vaginal infections and dysbiosis.

This comprehensive diagnostic tool detects bacterial, protozoal, and fungal pathogens from human vaginal swabs, enabling the molecular identification of Gardnerella vaginalis, Lactobacillus spp., Atopobium vaginae, Trichomonas vaginalis, and multiple Candida species (C. albicans, C. glabrata, C. krusei, and Candida spp.).

By combining broad microbial coverage, quantification of bacterial vaginosis markers, and software-assisted result interpretation (VIRCOM), the Virplex Vaginal Panel Kit provides a complete, rapid, and reliable molecular solution for vaginal health assessment.
