    Invitrogen™ Plant DNAzol™ Reagent is a single-step, ready-to-use organic extraction reagent formulated for the rapid and efficient isolation of high-quality genomic DNA from a wide range of plant tissues, including leaves, seeds, stems, roots, and callus. Utilizing a guanidine-detergent lysing solution, this reagent hydrolyzes RNA during extraction and selectively precipitates DNA, eliminating the need for RNase treatment in most cases.
