    Preparation Instructions

    1. Suspend: Suspend 50g of Membrane Endo Agar LES powder in 1 liter of distilled water.
    2. Mix and Heat: Heat with frequent agitation until fully dissolved. Do not autoclave.
    3. Cool and Add Fuchsin: After cooling to 45–50°C, aseptically add Basic Fuchsin (BR0050) as specified.
    4. Dispense: Pour into sterile Petri dishes and allow to solidify.
