    2. Add 1 mL of Tween 80 Supplement (REF 80031).
    3. Heat to boiling while stirring until the powder is completely dissolved.
    4. Adjust the pH to 5.7 ± 0.1 at 25°C.
    5. Distribute the solution into containers and sterilize in an autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.

    Protocol:

    1. Inoculation:
      • Inoculate the medium with the test sample or bacterial suspension.
    2. Incubation:
      • Incubate at 30°C for 72 hours for mesophilic lactobacilli.
      • For specific strains, adjust incubation conditions:
