Thermo Scientific™ FastDigest Buffer (10X) is a proprietary digestion buffer that supports 100% activity of all FastDigest™ restriction enzymes. It is also fully compatible with DNA/RNA modifying enzymes such as ligases, phosphatases, kinases, and mesophilic DNA polymerases, enabling downstream reactions to be performed directly in the same buffer without additional purification steps.

This buffer provides a universal solution for single, double, or multiple restriction enzyme digestions, eliminating the need for sequential digestions or buffer changes. Unlike the FastDigest Green Buffer, this version does not contain tracking dyes or density reagents, making it especially suitable for applications where fluorescent analysis or direct quantification is required.
